1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") describes how DEV HUB IP (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of users of the Slidyx AI mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App").
By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please discontinue use of the App.
2. What Data We Collect
2.1 Account Data
When you sign up via Apple Sign In or Google Sign In, we receive:
- Email address
- Name (if provided by Apple or Google)
- Unique user identifier from Apple / Google
We do not receive passwords from your Apple or Google accounts.
2.2 Data You Provide
- Topic and parameters of presentations you create (title, number of slides, language, style)
- Text materials uploaded for generation (PDF, DOCX, TXT)
- Content of support requests sent via email
2.3 Usage Data
- Number of presentations created and downloaded
- Transaction history (package type, date, status)
- Remaining credit balance on your account
2.4 Technical Data
- Device push token (for delivering notifications when a presentation is ready)
- App and operating system version
- Error and crash reports (crash logs, stack traces) - without personal data
- Device identifier in Sentry context (for technical diagnostics only)
2.5 Payment Data
We do not collect or store bank card details. All payment transactions are processed by the Apple App Store and the RevenueCat platform. We only receive confirmation of the transaction status (successful / declined) and the type of product purchased.

We do not use your data for AI training, targeted advertising, or sale to third parties.
4. Data Sharing with Third Parties
To operate the App, we use the following third-party service providers:
RevenueCat
Platform for managing in-app purchases. Receives: user identifier, purchase history, transaction status. Policy: revenuecat.com/privacy
OpenRouter
API gateway for accessing language and image AI models used in presentation generation. Receives: presentation topic and uploaded text materials. Data is not used for AI model training. Policy: openrouter.ai/privacy
Sentry (self-hosted)
Error monitoring system deployed on our own servers. Receives: technical crash data (without personal user data). Data is stored on our servers and is not shared with Sentry Inc.
S3-Compatible File Storage
Cloud storage for PPTX files and preview images. Files are accessible only to authorized users via secure temporary links.
Google Gemini API
Image generation service for presentation slides. Receives: topic and slide descriptions for image generation. Data is not used for AI model training. Policy: ai.google.dev/terms
Apple APNS / Expo Push Notifications
Push notification delivery services. Receive: device push token and notification text. Used solely for presentation-ready notifications and service messages.
We enter into data processing agreements with all providers and require them to maintain appropriate data protection measures.
5. Data Storage
- Account data and presentations are stored on servers located in Germany (Hetzner).
- We use encryption for data in transit and at rest.
- Data is retained as long as your account remains active.
- After account deletion, all data is removed within 30 days.
- Anonymized technical logs may be retained for up to 90 days for diagnostic purposes.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access your data - request a copy of the account data we store.
Correct your data - by contacting support via email at [email protected].
Delete your account - delete your account and all associated data via: Profile → Settings → Delete Account or by sending a request to [email protected].
Withdraw consent for notifications - disable push notifications in the app settings or your device's system settings.
File a complaint - if you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the competent data protection authority in your country.
7. Children
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact us so we can delete that data.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via push notification or upon your next login to the App no later than 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
